This policy applies to the No Plot Twist Plot Twist, and to earlier Full Life Receipt and Full Case File purchases. It does not involve a subscription, recurring charge, physical delivery, or cancellation fee.

LAW FIRST. THEN THE FACTS OF THE REQUEST.
Paddle applies mandatory consumer rights based on the buyer’s location. Depending on local law and whether immediate digital supply has begun with the buyer’s consent, a statutory withdrawal period may apply. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Paddle may also review discretionary refund requests made within 14 days. Duplicate charges, persistent access failures, material defects, or a product that is not as described should be reported promptly.
THE FILE ARRIVES IMMEDIATELY.
Premium controls unlock after verified payment and a recovery link is sent to the checkout email. The link restores the exact purchased case from its encrypted recovery snapshot. Where permitted by law, fully delivered or substantially used digital content may not qualify for a refund. Fraudulent or abusive refund requests may be declined.
THE PAYMENT REVERSES. SO DOES ACCESS.
Approved refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method where possible. Once a full refund, chargeback, or equivalent reversal is confirmed, access to the Full Case File is revoked. Previously downloaded images cannot be remotely removed from a device.
